Notary Service
A notary is on staff every day. Appointments are encouraged to ensure she has not stepped out for an errand. We will notarize any document EXCEPT A WILL. Current photo I.D. is required. There are some occasions we will travel for a notarization. WE ARE NOT A MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE.
The price per stamp is governed by the State of Washington. The current price per stamp is $10 each time is it used.
Rubber Stamps
Rubber stamps are essential in banking and return addresses for mailings. We also do custom stamps with your logo, engineering seal, or notary stamp.
We offer self-inking stamps and the traditional stamps with the knob and pad. Varied sizes and colors are also offered.
Laminating
We offer laminating of wallet pictures and licenses as well as forms up to 8 ½ x11.
Faxing
Pony Mailbox offers a public fax service. We can receive faxes to our machine 24 hours a day. Please call in advance, to ensure we have your contact information when your fax arrives. The first page of the fax is $2.00, additional pages $1.00 each.
We also provide outgoing fax. There is always a printed confirmation of the fax having been received, along with a capsule of the first page of the fax sent. Our fax number is 425-486-6495.
Package Receiving
Pony Mailbox is equipped to receive packages as well. Be assured your packages are in safe hands. We accept your package with our signature and notify you of its arrival. We keep your package safe and secure until you pick up the package.
If you have a private mailbox with us, there is no additional charge for us to receive your packages. We will be happy to secure your package in an after-hours locker if you cannot come in during regular business hours. For those who do not have a private mailbox with us, we are still happy to receive your packages for a small fee.
Package pick-up is encouraged to be within 2 days of the delivery date unless prior arrangements are made.
